We're not hiding anything, our return policy is strict due to the nature of our products. These are undergarments and for sanitary purposes, we have a strict return policy with no exceptions. If you do not follow the return policy and you send us a product back this is not in its original condition we will dispose of the product and you will not receive a refund. Please note we cannot make any changes on the order once it is placed.
Once an order is placed we are not able to edit the order nor change the shipping address. Please verify that your information is correct before completing the order.
Body Gloves, Butt lifters, extenders, back shaper, postpartum belly wrap and underwear are final sale. No returns or exchanges for sanitary purposes.
In order to be eligible for a return for your waist trainer, you will have to send us a picture showing the reason why you'd like to return the item. You must have also contacted our sizing consultants prior to purchase. We offer a FREE sizing service to help ensure you get the best fit with our products. The size chart is as accurate as can be, but us women are not a one size fits all. We all have different body SHAPES and the size chart cannot determine your shape.
All you have to do is take your torso and waist measurements as demonstrated in the video on the size chart page. Take a photo of the front of your stomach and the side (face does not need to be included) and contact us along with which waist trainer you’d like to purchase. Our sizing experts will get back to you with a sizing recommendation.
If your sizing consultant recommended a size to you that is not accurate (waist trainer doesn’t fit) then you are eligible for a return for store credit.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. All non-waist trainer products are final sale. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. See product condition requirements for returns. There is no warranty on any of our products. How long our waist trainers will last differs from person to person and greatly depend on usage and care.
Our waist trainers typically last 2.5 months with daily use.
Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage-related to the exchange of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES WITHIN THE USA
Returns of waist trainers are subject to quality approval and inspection at our warehouse personnel. If the products condition does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:
- No animal or pet hair
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items
- No deodorant stains
- No broken hooks
- All tags attached
- All original marketing materials included
- No smells other than natural product odours
- Original packaging should be intact, NOT damaged
- Within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Cannot be included in our 25 - 50% off sale
NOTE that we inspect each and every return and if your product is not in mint condition we will take photos of the product receive and send them to you for proof. You will not receive store credit for products returned not in mint condition.
Once you mail the item to us and our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure perfect condition. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your return once the product has reached our facility. If the item adheres to our exchange guidelines we will issue you store credit.
All orders purchased on www.amazon.com are entitled to a 30 day return policy IF tags are attached and the product is in unused/unworn condition. Any use of 10 minutes is considered worn. Products MUST be tried on over clothing.

Due to the COVID-19 global emergency, FedEx has updated their policy regarding delivery guarantees.
FedEx will continue to operate, as it is regarded as an essential business. However, delivery guarantees no longer apply to any service. For now, we can expect some of the 2Day packages to have extended delivery dates.
Our official policy is we ship all orders on the following day (excluding weekends and holidays) if received by 3:30 pm PST however it’s not a contractual guarantee. Once an order has been placed we will not be able to edit the order including any shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must review order prior to confirming the purchase.
Please note that overnight shipping does not include processing times.
Please note we DO NOT ship to PO boxes.
We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps. Order signature services from the purchaser upon receipt can be requested at checkout.
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Luxx Curves does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.
Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Note: For all international physical product orders which are not shipping with a trackable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive your package if you are not taking the trackable shipping. We will not refund any orders which go over the delay prescript by the postal service.
Refunds are not possible for an order not received for international orders, if the shipping option was not trackable. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/PayPal account. If an order is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company and is returned back to our warehouse we will automatically issue a store credit for the order total - shipping charges.
EXCHANGE RATES & FEES
All items in our store are prices in US dollars. If you pay for an order using a credit card in a different currency then the credit card company will exchange the currency and may charge you a small fee. Contact your credit provider for details.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, known as commodity, value, weight and dimensions.
Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes by your customs authority you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package. Once the taxes are paid you will be allowed to pick up the package or the shipping courier will drop it off at your doorstep. Please contact the carrier to inquire about their policy.
