It truly makes a huge difference when I wear my waist trainer. If for any reason I forget my GYM belt, I rather go back to the car and get it or I won’t do the workouts. Someone broke in my car and stole my gym equipment including my gym belt :( so I do not feel complete right now :(

I work in a salon and noticed feeling my lower back with a dull ache... guessing it’s from my hunching over the shampoo bowl. I also like to work out with weights and decided maybe I should invest in a belt and it is definitely worth it. My posture has greatly improved, my back muscles are more activated, and my lower back aches are gone. The belt has very good quality material. The flexible boning is firm enough to keep my body upright, but yet flexible enough for me to do reps with my weights. I am so thankful that I measured myself after watching the recommended videos.
