What Does Zendaya Eat?

At such a young age, Zendaya is already an accomplished and award-winning Hollywood actress. But beyond her acting talents, the 26 year old is also a style icon with a stunning physique.

So, what does she eat to achieve this look and maintain her slim figure?

Zendaya is a vegetarian, becoming one at the age of nine. She says she became a vegetarian because she loves animals and mainly for ethical reasons.

However, she still eats dairy and some other animal products as she isn’t a vegan.

Generally, Zendaya’s busy schedule makes her forget about meals and she ends up snacking most of the time instead.

For lunch, Zendaya used to enjoy cup ramen noodles, but she has since stopped eating it. This happened once she realised that the chicken powder used in the ramen noodles wasn’t just artificial flavouring, but that it actually contained chicken. So, as a vegetarian, she decided to cut it out of her diet completely.

At dinnertime, she most often orders food on Postmates, the food delivery service because she doesn’t like to cook.

When it comes to drinks, Zendaya loves drinking juice like lemonade or Tropicana.

Zendaya’s Fitness Routine

Growing up, Zendaya was very active and played sports. She used to play soccer and basketball and also took part in athletics. Even as a teenager, she continued with these activities. As a young adult, she doesn’t have a regular exercise routine, but still manages to remain active through her work.

A lot of her work schedule involves dancing and performing choreographed moves.

One of Zendaya’s favorite activities is dancing. This way, she can make her workouts fun. When she doesn’t have a busy schedule, she likes to join a dance class or even dance by herself.

A typical workout routine for Zendaya is as follows:
