COVID-19 Shipping Policy Updates

In an attempt to limit the spread of the Coronavirus, shipping companies have updated their policies and we are required to pass on this information to our customers. 

DHL eCommerce Solutions has announced that due to the COVID-19 emergency, service to these destinations has been suspended until further notice:

Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Czechia, Djibouti, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Honduras, Hong Kong SAR China, Italy, Kuwait, Lebanon, Macao SAR China, Maldives, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Peru, Philippines, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Tunisia, Italy

Luxx Curves will temporarily be disabling all orders to the above countries.

FedEx will continue to operate, as it is regarded as an essential business. However, delivery guarantees no longer apply to any service. For now, we can expect some of the 2Day packages to have extended delivery dates. 

For Fedex Signature deliveries, drivers we will not be attempting to get a signature, but will be asking for names and the courier/drivers will be imputing this information into their devices. 

Luxx Curves asks all customers to please be patient with receiving your orders, expect longer delivery times. Paying for rush shipping is not necessary since the shipping carriers cannot make any guarantees. We do encourage you to purchase signature delivery if you know that packages get stolen in your neighborhood (especially with current events).

  • Don’t buy !! This company is not professional at all ! the size chart is completely wrong!
    I put on the size chart that I have a 26 inches waist, and I received a 21 inches waist trainer. There is no way I can close it. Tatianna in her video says it should be 23 inches.
    When I emailed them they said that I didn’t respect the policy to contact them before (where is this policy written) and then I can return the item but I will pay the posting fees. Who does that, normally we get a return label. Also I wanted a refund because of my location the posting fees are very expensive and I pay stamp duty on top of that, and they say that I can only get a store credit !!
    I was not told about the high posting fee until after I confirmed the order, and no indication of stamp duty for my location either.
    I will never buy again, very disappointing, unprofessional customer service.

  • I need to size down. When will you be able to ship to Hong Kong? I understand that at the moment you cannot ship there with DHL. How can I select the Fedex option then? When I go to checkout, I cannot select my country. Thanks
